I started writing for children when someone told me "If you can explain it to a kid, everyone will get it." At the time it was solar products, so I wrote a blog, which turned into my first book.  After that I started writing about animals to teach children a few of life's lessons.  I hope you enjoy the books.

I have been encouraged with positive teaching in health- physical, emotional & spiritual.  I am passing that along.  

Part of positivity is dreaming & traveling so you will see some travel articles on the site too.

My name is Lisa Bell.  I live in Southeast Georgia with my retired submariner husband Michael and our two dogs Zinnia and Zorro.

Michael and I have two grown boys who were homeschooled for seven years. Which is when I decided to write for children when I had the time. 

Michael is a huge supporter and an awesome technician!
